About the role

On-site Level III engine field service technician serving as primary customer support contact.
Diagnose and complete complex engine repairs, overhauls, and rebuilds at customer sites.
Conduct preventive maintenance per schedules and standards.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to product specialists or supervisors.
Coach and develop junior technicians/apprentices and review repair plans.
Complete required documentation including service worksheets, warranty claims, and quality records.
Identify and pursue additional sales and service opportunities.
Maintain service vehicle and tools, ensuring cleanliness and operational readiness.
Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and report incidents.
Participate in required training for skill development and business requirements.

Significant field service work experience.
Expert knowledge of and/or experience with engine products.
Strong customer service background.
Experience providing technical advice and mentoring junior technicians (preferred).
Minimum 5–6 years relevant experience with strong technical expertise in engines and controllers.
Apprentice-trained Engine Technician (preferred).
Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution.
Valid local driving permit.
Compliance with licensing requirements related to export controls or sanctions, if applicable.
Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills using specialized tools and software.
Ability to use electronic diagnostic/service tools and interpret results.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engine systems interactions.
Service documentation and warranty claim processing skills.
Ability to maintain service vehicle and tools.
Commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
