About the role
- Lead all office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and our overall physical workspace (onsite role).
- Be the go-to person for our team, handling general queries, travel and hardware arrangements.
- Oversee HR administration: maintain employee data in HRIS (HiBob), manage absences, support onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage office maintenance, repairs, and health and safety standards to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Plan and execute team activities and events, from celebrations to conferences.
- Support relocation and mobility, liaising with visa agencies for global employees.
- Administer and track the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) fund.
- Manage the office budget and provide accurate, timely reporting.
- Coordinate with external vendors including catering, cleaning, and security services.
- Contribute to a seamless and positive experience for every employee and visitor.
Requirements
- Have knowledge and experience of Health and Safety
- Office or facilities management experience
- Great communication skill
- Knowledge of the local market
- Solid Local HR Experience
- Familiarity with Canadian HR processes, systems, and best practices
