About the role
- Accountable for leading, guiding & directing the functional responsibilities within an area of assignment.
- Collaborates with Services Areas, Regions & Health Ministries to ensure consistency & integration of strategy & operations.
- Responsible for measuring and reporting KPIs/metrics and value delivery.
- Coaches, facilitates, and motivates the teams to create accountability for meeting quality and service level goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level education and experience
- 5 years of prior human resources experience required
- 2+ years of previous leadership experience preferred.
- Prior employee benefits experience preferred
- Familiarity with Workday, applicant tracking, and HR case management systems preferred
