Act as a global HR business partner for our Corporates Go-To-Market segment, Partnerships & Alliances and Professional Services teams
Provide strategic thought partnership to leaders, guiding them through organizational change activities and critical people and business issues
Analyze data and trends, identify people and culture needs and partner effectively with Regional HR and Centers of Excellence teams to design, recommend and deliver relevant talent solutions
Drive belonging and inclusion agenda across all HR levers
Facilitate execution of cyclical processes with business areas ensuring high quality decisions and positive stakeholder experience
Partner closely with regional HR to coordinate support for first line managers and employees regarding guidance on policies, people processes and complex issues
Ensure compliance with regional and global policies and legal requirements
Requirements
3 - 5+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnering or HR service delivery, ideally at a management level
Relevant business and HR education, certification, or equivalent experience
Strong data analytic skills including strength in using AI, Workday/HRIS systems, MS Excel, PowerPoint and other key software systems
Ability to think globally, be flexible, and focused, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence leaders and individuals across the business
Strong judgment and a balanced blend of business and people acumen
