Supporting the AECO Sales Organization in all sales compensation and commission related matters
Providing key inputs in the annual commission plan design for Indirect sales team
Assist with the maintenance and development of the AECO Sales Incentive Compensation software platform and seller plans across EMEA, APAC and LATAM
Partnering with other Compensation team members and Business Partners to solve sales compensation-related business problems and provide insight and guidance
Generating and maintaining performance analysis, including individual and team seller productivity, and identification of performance improvement opportunities
Support process improvement efforts around the compensation planning and maintenance process
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience
Ideally 1-3 years experience in a sales and incentive compensation management role
Additional or relevant experience in a quantitative role such as sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics or business analytics is a plus
High degree of mathematical and analytical competency
Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Sheets and/or Excel are a must
Experience with BI tools and/or sales compensation and related compensation management software is a bonus
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, and sound judgement
Excellent problem solving and analysing skills
