About the role

  • Supporting the AECO Sales Organization in all sales compensation and commission related matters
  • Providing key inputs in the annual commission plan design for Indirect sales team
  • Assist with the maintenance and development of the AECO Sales Incentive Compensation software platform and seller plans across EMEA, APAC and LATAM
  • Partnering with other Compensation team members and Business Partners to solve sales compensation-related business problems and provide insight and guidance
  • Generating and maintaining performance analysis, including individual and team seller productivity, and identification of performance improvement opportunities
  • Support process improvement efforts around the compensation planning and maintenance process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Ideally 1-3 years experience in a sales and incentive compensation management role
  • Additional or relevant experience in a quantitative role such as sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics or business analytics is a plus
  • High degree of mathematical and analytical competency
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Sheets and/or Excel are a must
  • Experience with BI tools and/or sales compensation and related compensation management software is a bonus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, and sound judgement
  • Excellent problem solving and analysing skills
