About the role
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis of hardware and software issues across Trimble's Transportation Management System (TMS) and other solutions.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work closely with development and testing teams to effectively document, escalate, and track product bugs and high-priority issues to resolution using a CRM.
- Assist customers with inquiries and technical issues related to the payroll functionality within the TruckMate TMS.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or application support role.
- Demonstrated success with root cause analysis and complex system troubleshooting.
- Strong technical aptitude for diagnosing issues across multiple operating systems, hardware platforms, and integrated enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, verbal, and written) with a positive, growth-mindset attitude.
- Experience working with a CRM casing software.
