Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and related laws in all 50 states to efficiently administer our customers' FMLA and related policies.
Ensure risks associated with Absence operational processes are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
Follow compliance practices for all operational policies and procedures as mandated by the state and federal guidelines and in coordination with our customer’s policies.
Use proficient knowledge to provide guidance in the design, assessment, implementation and/or administration of moderately complex quality assurance/control programs, practices and policies.
Identify and evaluate quality standards, measurements, and process improvements to ensure they are aligned with operational practices and regulatory requirements.
Administer quality assurance/control programs and communicate quality program decisions.
Partner with the Absence Training team to schedule and facilitate training with the possibility of administering training materials and events to meet quality requirements.
Brief management on quality assurance/control review results, trends, studies, and initiatives, while also recommending courses of action.
Serve as a resource to team members and/or operations management and identify appropriate issues for escalation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required or 4 years of related experience
A minimum 2 years of operational support in Leave of Absence
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
Able to respond to requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions.
Ability to manage multiple reviews in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while also prioritizing and organizing daily responsibilities in order to meet all deadlines
Strong writing and communications, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills. The candidate should have the ability to establish credibility and strong partnerships with business leaders, control functions.
