About the role
- Support project development and implement project management practices
- Develop tools and resources and build internal capabilities within Network Management teams
- Provide comprehensive project oversight from initiation through completion
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery of business objectives
- Collaborate with business partners to assess efficiencies and effectiveness of enterprise responsibilities
- Create complex reports, write papers, and complete cost benefit analyses including detailed analysis of existing processes/systems and replacement processes/systems
- Conduct comprehensive analysis to produce complex documents that define quality assurance, testing criteria, prototypes, and mock-ups
- Manage, monitor, and measure results to support outcome evaluations, resource performance, and investment ROI
- Identify and recommend information, technology, or process solutions with enterprise-wide applications
- Define project charter, integrated project plan, scope plan, resource plan, contingency plan, communications plan, schedule and timeline
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Must reside within United States
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required
- Preferred: Advanced degree
- Preferred: Project Management experience in healthcare or managed care environment
- Preferred: Two (2) or more years of experience with provider network operations or healthcare contracting or managed care
- Preferred: Supervision of two (2) or more employees
