Sustainability Project Manager to lead sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency projects, and various capital projects within the Facilities Department.
Reporting to the Manager of Energy & Sustainability, the Sustainability Project Manager will drive efforts to reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency, and ensure operational sustainability across the organization’s facilities.
This position may require occasional travel between Trillium Health Partners sites.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on facilities, healthcare, or sustainability projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Superior communications skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
