About the role

  • Sustainability Project Manager to lead sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency projects, and various capital projects within the Facilities Department.
  • Reporting to the Manager of Energy & Sustainability, the Sustainability Project Manager will drive efforts to reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency, and ensure operational sustainability across the organization’s facilities.
  • This position may require occasional travel between Trillium Health Partners sites.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.
  • Snapshot of Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution; Capital Projects; Sustainability Projects; Budget Management; Risk Management; Collaboration and Training; Compliance and Reporting.
  • Maintain alignment with Broader Public Sector guidelines; Ensure projects align with Broader Public Sector guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on facilities, healthcare, or sustainability projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Superior communications skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
