Analyst

• Recepción y captura de ordenes de comprar en el sistema de la compañía.
• Asignación de transporte dependiendo del lugar de carga y tiempo de entrega.

Analista Administrativo

• Registrar diariamente las pólizas de ingresos, egresos y diario en el sistema, asegurando soporte documental completo en cada movimiento
• Ejecutar la conciliación mensual de cuentas bancarias y tarjetas corporativas, notificando al Accounting Manager cualquier diferencia identificada.
• Verificar el registro de facturas y pago de proveedores, confirmando clasificación contable correcta y coincidencia con órdenes de compra.
• Realizar conciliación mensual de cuentas contables para mantener la información financiera actualizada.
• Apoyar el cierre mensual: acumulación de provisiones, amortizaciones, depreciaciones y ajustes de fin de mes.
• Notificar oportunamente cualquier inconsistencia, error de registro o riesgo de incumplimiento identificado

• Maintain and update REACH, UK-REACH, CLP, and related regulatory records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
