About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the commercial department with internal sales activities, including prospecting new clients and assisting in maintaining the existing customer portfolio
Track orders, follow up on samples, and provide support with documentation and internal controls
Create, issue, and monitor orders in the company system
Update systems, spreadsheets, and departmental controls
Assist the team with daily operational routines, following internal procedures and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Good communication skills, proactivity, and an interest in developing commercial/sales abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and good organizational habits
