Manage a complex web of relationships with key stakeholders, up to the C-suite, championing the overall customer strategy for enterprise business outcomes
Master and maintain deep knowledge of each client’s competitive landscape, including understanding of client’s addressable, serviceable and target markets
Analyze market trends and translate into tangible business outcomes
Monitor and communicate internally and externally news and/or trends related to clients
Identify and map the customer business and gain insight on value, addressing customer priorities, needs, and objectives
Ensure alignment of team and extended stakeholders across the company to customer requirements and deliverables; serve as an escalation path for client issues and ensure prompt and accurate resolution
Maintain a cadence of business reviews to monitor relationships, discuss product evolution, continuous improvement, expansion opportunities, contractual performance, and growth initiatives
Achieve or exceed revenue and profitability goals, perform annual budgeting and maintain a working revenue forecast
Derive Strategic Account Plans from client Go-to-Market/commercial strategies and maintain multi-year strategic plans for retention and growth
Lead day-to-day management and optimization of program growth plans; lead proposal development, contract negotiation and implementation for white space opportunities
Act as keeper of program contracts: facilitate renewals/renegotiations, draft and manage amendments, and monitor contract compliance
Understand and accurately communicate TreviPay solutions and processes; contribute to product steering and process improvement
Embrace account management best practices and leverage company-sponsored tools and training (goal-setting, account planning, task management)
Develop presentations for training, conferences and internal updates and represent TreviPay professionally
Up to 40% travel and support/mentor new and less experienced AM team members
Demonstrate mastery level conflict resolution and organizational navigation
