About the role

  • Define the strategy to generate demand for Mosaic Biosciences products in North America with retailers and growers
  • Lead the Retail Sales organization and provide technical sales support to MBNA
  • Influence development of growth and penetration strategies for current Bioscience products at retail partners
  • Drive sales in North America of Powercoat, BioPath and new pipeline innovation by managing the growth creation process
  • Coordinate with Commercial Crop Nutrition sales leadership and align with key functional areas
  • Provide day-to-day coaching on market creation, training, and overall strategy management on all Bioscience products
  • Lead and manage MBNA Retail Sales Managers and Retail Sales Specialists; provide clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer success and sales growth; support employee development and succession planning
  • Coordinate and create alignment between Mosaic agronomy services, research/development, marketing, sales, and product line
  • Partner with Product Management and MBNA Sales to execute annual North American Bioscience product sales and marketing plans
  • Collaborate with Agronomy, Marketing and other functional areas to determine go-to-market strategy by NA region and guide selective retail strategy
  • Provide field-level insights to support pricing, segmentation, and value delivery decisions; evaluate pricing and implement price increases
  • Assist with customer segmentation for Bioscience products in North America
  • Strengthen Mosaic’s presence by building relationships with key retail partners and growers; organize and participate in promotional and technical events
  • Manage Retail Sales budgets, oversee forecasting and customer data transfer, and implement best practices to improve communication and sales enablement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required with major in Business Administration or Ag related field
