Develop and oversee integrated paid digital strategies that align with client business objectives
Serve as a primary digital media lead with clients and senior account teams, presenting recommendations and performance insights
Direct the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, etc.) to meet KPIs and ROI/ROAS targets
Leverage AI-powered platforms for predictive audience modeling, bid optimization, creative testing, and performance forecasting
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Oversee campaign measurement frameworks, ensuring accurate tracking, actionable analysis, and clear reporting
Partner with Creative, Content, Traditional Media, Social, and Insights teams for integrated campaigns
Drive A/B testing and experimentation across creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners
Stay ahead of industry trends and share thought leadership across the agency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
7+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven expertise in paid media strategy and execution
Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and video
Demonstrated success leading multi-channel campaigns focused on conversion, ROI/ROAS, and measurable business impact
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and programmatic DSPs
