About the role
- Act as the guardian and driver of the Treatwell brand, bridging strategy and execution
- Write sharp, clear briefs and review creative to ensure work is on-brand and on-strategy
- Ensure brand consistency across markets and touchpoints, protecting and evolving positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Own brand measurement and insights: lead brand tracking, monitor competitive activity, and translate insights into recommendations
- Develop and roll out brand guidelines, playbooks, and toolkits to empower local markets
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Growth, Product, Content, and Local Marketing Managers
- Keep a pulse on culture, competitors, and consumer behaviour to keep the brand fresh and relevant
- Own post-campaign learnings and quality of brand output (not a delivery role)
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing within a consumer brand, platform, or fast growth company
- Strong briefing and reviewing skills - ability to get the best out of creative teams
- Confident in brand guardianship, with a track record of keeping brands consistent across markets and channels
- Familiarity with brand tracking, health measurement, and campaign reporting
- A natural collaborator - clear communicator, strong at influencing stakeholders, and comfortable working across multiple markets
- Culturally curious, with a finger on the pulse of trends and how brands show up in the world
