select SKUs for branded and thematic campaigns
plan and pitch weekly campaigns as well as quarterly campaign concepts
foster alignment across key stakeholders, including Creative, Marketing, Category Management, and Demand Planning teams
perform comprehensive post-campaign evaluations to inform future strategies
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in product management or key account management in an FMCG company or a comparable industry (e.g., fashion, beauty)
strong interest and passion for Home & Living, as well as a keen sense for products, trends, and aesthetics
analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with excellent MS Office skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actions from it
high motivation, flexibility, and the ability to prioritise under time pressure as well as confidence, a strong sense of ownership, and solid negotiation skills
