About the role

  • conduct strategic planning for branded and thematic campaigns, overseeing the end-to-end process
  • engage in marketing research to stay informed about market developments and trends
  • select SKUs for branded and thematic campaigns
  • plan and pitch weekly campaigns as well as quarterly campaign concepts
  • foster alignment across key stakeholders, including Creative, Marketing, Category Management, and Demand Planning teams
  • perform comprehensive post-campaign evaluations to inform future strategies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in product management or key account management in an FMCG company or a comparable industry (e.g., fashion, beauty)
  • strong interest and passion for Home & Living, as well as a keen sense for products, trends, and aesthetics
  • analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with excellent MS Office skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actions from it
  • high motivation, flexibility, and the ability to prioritise under time pressure as well as confidence, a strong sense of ownership, and solid negotiation skills
  • fluent in German and English
