About the role
- Deliver high-quality, solutions-focused legal services and independent advice to Transport for NSW and agencies in the Transport portfolio
- Provide legal advice principally on privacy, regulatory compliance, investigations, prosecutions, and administrative law
- Provide legal advice on privacy impacts, compliance, legislation and supporting governance
- Permanent role in a hybrid working model (mix two to three days in Elizabeth Street office and remote working)

Requirements
- At least six years’ PQE (post-qualification experience)
- Current NSW practicing certificate (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in forming legal views and providing expert legal services
- Experience in privacy, regulatory compliance, investigations, prosecutions, and administrative law
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence
- Elevated standard of integrity and professional conduct
- Collaborative team player
- Knowledge of Government regulatory frameworks (desirable)
