About the role

Requirements
- You are a commercial and/or technology lawyer with advanced written and verbal communication skills
- knowledge of and experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial or technology contracts and managing legal disputes

- track record providing timely and considered advice and have the ability to collaborate with a range of professionals from legal and non-legal backgrounds
- tertiary qualification in law and hold a practising certificate in NSW
