About the role
- Analyze Swedish language data to identify potential issues
- Classify and label information in Swedish
- Develop natural language prompts that mimic human interactions across styles and topics
- Review written text containing sensitive content (text-only)
- Meet daily Key Performance Indexes (KPIs) as defined by management/supervisor
- Complete tasks assigned by manager/supervisor
- Support development and improvement of AI speech recognition capabilities
- Work independently with high accuracy, adaptation, and attention to detail
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (listening, writing, spelling)
- Good reading and comprehension skills in English
- Ability to understand guidelines in English
- Good understanding of Swedish culture and familiarity with current affairs in Sweden
- Ability to meet daily quality standards and KPIs
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently
- Ability to track, analyze, and report issues
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Eligibility to legally work in Spain
- Availability to work Monday–Friday during regular business hours (no weekends or holidays)
