About the role
- Analyze data in the French language and identify potential issues
- Classify and label information for AI training
- Meet daily Key Performance Indexes (KPIs) as defined by management/supervisor
- Complete all tasks assigned by manager/supervisor
- Develop natural language prompts that mimic human interactions across styles and topics
- Review written text that contains sensitive content (text-only, no images or videos)
- Work Monday–Friday during regular business hours (no weekends or holidays)
- Contribute to development and improvement of AI speech recognition capabilities
Requirements
- Languages Needed: French and English
- Excellent listening, writing, and spelling skills in French
- Good reading and comprehension skills in English
- Ability to understand guidelines in English
- Good understanding of French culture and familiarity with the current affairs in France
- Ability to meet daily quality standards
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility, ability to adapt and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently
- Ability to track, analyze, and report issues
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Eligible to legally work in Spain (requirement)
