Support the planning, promotion and execution of events, including, workshops, roundtables, seminars, trade shows, and webinars.
Coordinating SDR outreach and follow up for events to increase conversion rate.
Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels e.g. face to face events.
Support content creation for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing materials and assets.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Help manage the company’s social media presence and engage with the online community.
Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
Create email marketing campaigns designed to solicit the desired response.
Work with HR, technical, and other teams to keep the company intranet updated with company news and content.
Requirements
Demonstratable experience working in Marketing, Communications or Events
Experience with a Microsoft Partner preferred, but experience in the Technology sector is essential
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build great working relationships with colleagues right up to Board level, as well as suppliers and the team at Microsoft
Exceptional attention to detail, planning and organisational skills
Experience in a tech business desirable
Experience of Canva, Microsoft Dynamics and Wordpress highly advantageous
