About the role
- Support the planning, promotion and execution of events, including, workshops, roundtables, seminars, trade shows, and webinars.
- Coordinating SDR outreach and follow up for events to increase conversion rate.
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels e.g. face to face events.
- Support content creation for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing materials and assets.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Help manage the company’s social media presence and engage with the online community.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
- Create email marketing campaigns designed to solicit the desired response.
- Work with HR, technical, and other teams to keep the company intranet updated with company news and content.
Requirements
- Demonstratable experience working in Marketing, Communications or Events
- Experience with a Microsoft Partner preferred, but experience in the Technology sector is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build great working relationships with colleagues right up to Board level, as well as suppliers and the team at Microsoft
- Exceptional attention to detail, planning and organisational skills
- Experience in a tech business desirable
- Experience of Canva, Microsoft Dynamics and Wordpress highly advantageous
- Marketing qualification preferred (BA, CIM etc)
