Account Executive

• This is a business development/hunting role where you will be expected to find creative ways to share TRANSFR’s vision with organizations in your territory/geographic region.
• Prospect, educate, qualify and develop opportunities in new key accounts.
• Create compelling proposals based on value propositions that align with customer needs.
• Work with customers over time to identify and develop additional upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Produce analysis comparing job market needs to misalignment with existing training infrastructure.
• Work with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and provide feedback to maximize their impact.
• Engage in the contracting process post signature including support to contract integration, change management, governance activities, up-sales and renegotiations.
• Treat inbound inquiries with extreme importance and a long-range mindset.
• Develop deal timelines and ensure that we meet deal milestones and deadlines, regularly updating activity in our CRM system.
• Consultative and relationship building individuals who are willing to take the time to understand our customers’ pain points, articulate value, and identify early adopters.
• Collect insights from users and potential users for our product development process.
• Own opportunities from start-to-finish, as our team is small and growing.

Account Executive – Midwest

Technical Project Manager

• Plan the end-to-end delivery of assigned project(s) through collaborative planning efforts
• Facilitate requirements gathering and estimation process to align stakeholders on scope
• Ensure your project(s) assigned resources are efficiently utilized and aligns with plan and forecast
• Proactively identify and communicate potential risks, gaps, or timeline impacts to stakeholders
• Establish methods to measure and monitor the health, feasibility, and deliverability of assigned project(s)
• Monitor and raise awareness of all business commitments related to your assigned projects(s) or team(s)
• Solution towards project(s) cost optimizations and reduction of cycle times whenever possible
• Identify, communicate, and resolve dependencies across QA, Engineering, GTM, Product, and Studio resources
• Maintain necessary project management source material repositories, documentation, and task databases
• Be familiar with project management related software tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Float, spreadsheets
• Maintain a general understanding of VR development and/or related software development processes
• Effectively drive all necessary meetings and various agile ceremonies (when applicable) to a conclusion
• Track time for assigned project(s) and allocated resources against project(s) budgets when applicable
• Provide weekly summary to stakeholders that details progress, risk, timelines, and dependencies

Art Director

• Lead and mentor the creative team, including a Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, and freelance designers and videographers.
• Oversee concepting and execution of digital marketing assets, including web pages, emails, ads, social media content, videos, and event materials.
• Ensure all designs support marketing goals such as lead generation, opportunity creation, bookings, sales enablement, and event engagement.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce standards for corporate templates, including presentation decks, email signatures, and document templates, ensuring brand consistency and ease of use across teams.
• Implement and optimize creative workflows to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
• Review performance data regularly to inform creative decisions and iterate on what drives engagement and results.
• Partner with the Demand Gen, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to connect creative output to performance metrics, including lead conversion, sales team adoption, and campaign ROI.

• Engage with prospects through outbound efforts, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, to introduce Transfr’s solutions.
• Investigate target organizations, identify key decision-makers, and understand their pain points to craft tailored outreach strategies.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to determine the fit between Transfr’s offerings and the prospect’s needs.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives/State Workforce Managers to ensure smooth transitions and follow-ups, moving qualified prospects through the sales funnel.
• Consistently hit weekly activity goals and report on progress, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to provide feedback and enhance the customer experience.
