About the role
- Lead the execution of the UK and Foreign Travel Go to Market plans
- Turn strategy into action by translating commercial goals into cohesive, high impact campaigns
- Drive end to end delivery from strategic planning and kick offs to post launch reviews
- Manage creative operations by leading GTM Studio briefings
- Own internal alignment, keeping teams across commercial, growth, brand, PR, studio, product, data and supply working in sync
- Collaborate with partners, working with carrier marketing teams to launch joint campaigns
- Maximise owned channels by delivering effective app merchandising spots
- Balance dual markets, executing with precision in the UK while shaping new GTM approaches in Foreign Travel
- Champion continuous improvement, driving efficiency and encouraging experimentation
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering high impact marketing campaigns
- Strong commercial mindset, comfortable with PCAs and modern marketing measurement
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
- Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities across markets and teams
- International experience is a bonus but not essential
