About the role
- You manage digital projects that further develop our platform functionally and technically.
- You coordinate all project phases: from requirements through planning and implementation to evaluation.
- You work and communicate closely with Product, Development, UX, Support and external partners.
- You lead kick-offs, write briefings, prioritize tasks and monitor timelines and dependencies.
- You organize reviews, manage Jira boards and keep all stakeholders informed.
- You provide realistic status updates, identify risks early and adjust project plans when needed.
- You think in technical terms and are able to translate requirements between business and tech.
- You keep an eye on budgets, timelines and resources and document progress transparently and traceably.
- You prepare roadmaps with the Head of Department and continuously develop our project processes.
- You bring structure, clarity and accountability — even when things get dynamic.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical project management — ideally in a SaaS, platform or digital environment.
- Confident use of Jira, Confluence or comparable tools.
- Solid technical understanding (e.g., API logic, dev/live environments, infrastructure interdependencies).
- Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and a sense for sensible adaptation depending on the project phase.
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal, in German and English.
- Additional plus: certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or GPM.
- Experience in cross-functional, remote teams.
- Familiarity with topics such as data security, hosting or deployment processes.
