About the role
- Build and further develop the PIM system: design and maintain a centralized, structured, and flexibly usable product data repository
- Product data management: maintain, update, and ensure the quality of manufacturer and product data, including classification, categorization, descriptions, images, and other attributes
- Go-live & content maintenance: publish new content and products as well as perform quality checks and status analyses
- Stakeholder communication: work closely with our product and 3D teams and coordinate with external service providers and partners
- Process optimization: continuously develop, document, and improve existing processes in Jira, Confluence, Pimcore, and other tools
- Analysis & reporting: create analyses, reports, and data preparations for internal and external purposes
Requirements
- Professional experience in master data management
- Organizational talent, independent and conscientious working style with a hands-on mentality
- Technical understanding, especially related to data maintenance, process logic, and interfaces
- Confident user of MS Office programs, particularly Excel
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Pimcore is a plus
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
