• You manage digital projects that further develop our platform functionally and technically.
• You coordinate all project phases: from requirements through planning and implementation to evaluation.
• You work and communicate closely with Product, Development, UX, Support and external partners.
• You lead kick-offs, write briefings, prioritize tasks and monitor timelines and dependencies.
• You organize reviews, manage Jira boards and keep all stakeholders informed.
• You provide realistic status updates, identify risks early and adjust project plans when needed.
• You think in technical terms and are able to translate requirements between business and tech.
• You keep an eye on budgets, timelines and resources and document progress transparently and traceably.
• You prepare roadmaps with the Head of Department and continuously develop our project processes.
• You bring structure, clarity and accountability — even when things get dynamic.
