About the role
- Independent responsibility for managing and advising a strategically important client portfolio, including onboarding of new publishers
- Client management across all hierarchy levels, from operational meetings to C-level relationships
- Evaluation of customer potential and development of innovative strategies for long-term client retention
- Requirements assessment and proposal preparation
- Planning and management of projects, including resource coordination
- Monitoring KPIs and deriving optimization measures
- Contract and negotiation management
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- 5–7 years' experience in account management and sales, ideally in digital marketing or ad-tech
- Technical understanding of the challenges faced by digital publishers and ad-supported business models
- Familiarity with tools such as CRMs and project management software
- Remote work from Germany possible
- Permanent employment contract
