About the role
- You build close relationships with architects, interior designers, general contractors, project planners and installation partners.
- With your eye for design and proactive approach, you introduce our solutions already in early project phases.
- Develop a strong project pipeline together with our partner network and ensure our brand becomes more visible in the region.
- Establish contacts with architecture and design firms, end clients and developers to position Impact Acoustic early in the project lifecycle.
- Win project specifications through persuasive presentations, product demonstrations and design consultations.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the A&D (Architecture & Design) community and represent us at trade fairs, events and client meetings.
- Build a reliable network of project planners, installation partners and general contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Share market insights, identify new partnership opportunities and support new partners during onboarding.
- Provide bespoke consulting for project-specific requirements — from tailored to fully customized acoustic solutions.
- Collaborate with our internal teams (Design, Project Management, Production) and ensure requirements are technically feasible.
- Maintain your client and project data in Salesforce to keep the project pipeline transparent.
- Ensure accurate forecasts, reports and activity records.
Requirements
- Education or background in architecture, design or interior fit-out
- Experience in business development, specification or field sales in a project-driven B2B industry
- Understanding of architecture and project decision-making processes
- Confident presence, strong communication and presentation skills — from designers to executive management
- Proactive, structured, solution-oriented and self-motivated
- High degree of ownership and willingness to travel within the region
- Enjoy working in an international, fast-growing environment
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools (ideally Salesforce)
- Very good command of English.
- Flexibility and autonomy in how you organise your work.
