• Guide them through sustainable materials, acoustics, EPDs, circularity, and design feasibility
• Grow and nurture strong relationships with Munich’s architecture & interior design community
• Present materials, update libraries, and provide project consulting
• Act as the acoustic + materials expert for specifiers from concept to tender
• Track project pipelines and manage specification progress through CRM
• Work closely with HQ Sales, Marketing, and the Impact Lab to drive innovation conversations

• Coordinate and oversee all marketing and enablement projects from planning to completion
• Build clear timelines, structure workflows, and ensure milestones are met
• Drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Create weekly status updates and keep everyone informed
• Act as the central point of contact for Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams
• Collect incoming requests, evaluate urgency and impact, and distribute them intelligently
• Develop templates for briefings, reviews, and go-live workflows
• Maintain consistent standards and ensure teams use the tools effectively
