Manager

• As Specification Manager, you will be responsible for actively developing the Dutch market by building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, general contractors, and potential installation partners
• Identify and approach architecture and design firms, end clients and developers to position Impact Acoustic solutions early in the project lifecycle
• Deliver compelling presentations, product briefings, and design consultations to generate awareness and project specifications
• Act as a brand ambassador within the A&D community and represent the company at industry events, fairs, and client meetings
• Establish and grow relationships with local installation partners and general contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Work closely with distribution partners to develop the region in line with our strategy
• Share market insights, identify partnership opportunities, and support onboarding of new partners
• Provide tailored consulting for project-specific requirements, including bespoke and customized acoustic solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, production) to align on deliverables and ensure technical feasibility
• Track all client and project data in Salesforce to maintain a clear project pipeline
• Ensure high-quality input for forecasts, reporting and activity tracking

Sales

• Play a key role in driving the further development of the local market in New York and the East Coast region
• Acquisition and development of local and global key accounts in line with Impact Acoustic’s key account strategy
• Support the development and implementation of local sales strategies and contribute to the global sales strategy
• Increase the existing distribution network in line with our sales strategy
• Engage with the A&D community to promote our brand and generate new opportunities
• Consult clients, external and internal partners in regard to the optimal solution for each project
• Ensure data accuracy in our CRM on all levels and generate monthly sales reports

Regional Sales Director – New York, East Coast

• You build close relationships with architects, interior designers, general contractors, project planners and installation partners.
• With your eye for design and proactive approach, you introduce our solutions already in early project phases.
• Develop a strong project pipeline together with our partner network and ensure our brand becomes more visible in the region.
• Establish contacts with architecture and design firms, end clients and developers to position Impact Acoustic early in the project lifecycle.
• Win project specifications through persuasive presentations, product demonstrations and design consultations.
• Act as a brand ambassador in the A&D (Architecture & Design) community and represent us at trade fairs, events and client meetings.
• Build a reliable network of project planners, installation partners and general contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Share market insights, identify new partnership opportunities and support new partners during onboarding.
• Provide bespoke consulting for project-specific requirements — from tailored to fully customized acoustic solutions.
• Collaborate with our internal teams (Design, Project Management, Production) and ensure requirements are technically feasible.
• Maintain your client and project data in Salesforce to keep the project pipeline transparent.
• Ensure accurate forecasts, reports and activity records.
