About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage architectural and interior fit-out projects in the German-speaking region
Advise and support architects, general contractors, specialist planners, installation companies, and trade partners
Independently develop project opportunities and actively manage the sales process through to successful contract conclusion
Provide product and solution consulting throughout the entire project lifecycle — from the initial inquiry through planning to successful implementation
Ensure professional communication and collaboration between customers and internal teams
Coordinate an international project team composed of design and estimating
Support technical alignments and develop project-specific solutions
Proactively manage schedules, quality, risks, and customer requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in project management, ideally in architecture, interior fit-out, construction, or project/contract business
Technical understanding of construction and interior fit-out projects
Strong spatial visualization skills
Confident handling of multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with architects, planners, or general contractors is an advantage
Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
Structured, organized, and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor with customers
Strong team orientation in an international environment
High customer focus and enjoyment in successfully bringing projects to completion
Hands-on mentality with a readiness to take on responsibility
German at native level
Very good English skills (company language)
