About the role
- Lead and coordinate customer projects in East Germany
- Responsible for the timely and high-quality implementation of our projects and system solutions
- Regular reporting to the COO
- On-site client support and consulting
- Team leadership and development within your area of responsibility
- Act as the interface between clients, internal departments and executive management
Requirements
- Degree or comparable qualification in IT or business
- Several years of project management experience, ideally in the events industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-oriented with an affinity for IT
- Strong communication skills when dealing with customers and a passion for customer-focused service
- Demonstrated team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
- High willingness to travel within the East German region
