About the role
- Acquisition of new partners: identifying, approaching, and securing partners to include our bike leasing offering in their portfolio
- Relationship management: building and maintaining long-term relationships with potential partners to ensure close and successful collaboration
- Workshops and training: presenting our products and services to partners, including conducting trainings and workshops for optimal promotion
- Market analysis: monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and new target groups
- Strategic planning: developing and implementing tailored sales concepts in cooperation with our partners
- Key Account Management: supporting our key distribution partners with a focus on growth and satisfaction
- Reporting and performance monitoring: tracking and analyzing partner performance and providing regular reports to the Managing Director
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or key account management, ideally in a comparable role
- You are a connector: with strong communication and negotiation skills you can easily build sustainable relationships
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enthusiasm for the mobility sector
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
- Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office
