Provide language interpretation from one language to another for individual with language barrier to understand and communicate to each other
Handling telephone or video calls on demand and renders meaning of conversations in the consecutive mode of interpretation between speakers of English
Processes information quickly and concisely, recognizes sensitive cultural differences, and is always professional and courteous
Use appropriate industry terminology and understand common industry procedures and practices
Interpret calls across Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business
Requirements
Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy
Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and always remain neutral and objective
Ability to quickly establish personal credibility
Ability to follow client's instructions closely
Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with the permission or at request of the client
B2 CEFR English Level bilingual wih other required languages (Interpreter - Cantonese)
