About the role

  • Handle customer queries via web chat and email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; escalate complex cases to the Team Leader when necessary.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and processes to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to internal policies, procedures, and shift schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members, contribute to team meetings, and meet agreed KPIs and performance objectives.

Requirements

  • Matric/ NQF Level 4
  • Minimum 6-12 months relevant customer service experience
  • Preferred: prior experience in online betting or sports betting
  • Ability to handle customer queries via web chat and email
  • Ability to escalate priority issues to the Team Leader or Operations Team
  • Adherence to internal policies, procedures, and shift schedules
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and meet agreed KPIs and performance objectives
