Affiliate Manager

• Actively search, identify, and recruit affiliates and KOLs across SEA markets
• Build and scale a local and regional affiliate network from scratch
• Conduct daily outreach via Instagram, Telegram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, email, forums, and communities
• Communicate partnership terms and onboard new affiliates
• Support affiliates during activation and campaign launches
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
• Coordinate promotions, launches, and campaigns with affiliates
• Ensure partners follow brand guidelines and compliance requirements

KOL / Affiliate Manager – SEA Markets

General Counsel

• Provide legal support for investments, acquisitions, divestments, and strategic partnerships
• Structure and review investment vehicles, shareholder agreements, term sheets, and transaction documentation
• Conduct and oversee legal due diligence for new investment opportunities
• Advise on risk assessment and mitigation related to investment activities
• Design and maintain efficient corporate and ownership structures across multiple jurisdictions
• Advise on restructuring, reorganizations, and cross-border legal frameworks
• Support governance matters at holding and operating entity levels
• Act as a primary legal advisor to the Board-level stakeholders, providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance
• Manage disputes and claims, including court representation when required
• Monitor legal and regulatory risks across jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, commercial, and investment-related regulations.

Senior Legal Counsel

Backend Engineer

• Develop and optimize a high-performance trading engine (primarily Rust, partially Go)
• Implement and maintain: order book matching engine risk management logic
• Work with cryptographic primitives: Merkle trees digital signatures cryptographic proofs
• Integrate trading logic with EVM-compatible blockchain infrastructure
• Participate in architecture design and core technical decisions
• Ensure performance, correctness, and reliability of mission-critical systems

Senior Rust Engineer

Copywriter

• Produce a range of copy for marketing campaigns including but not limited to blogs, landing pages, and long form articles, social media posts, email newsletters, paid media ads, press releases, onsite copy and in-app copy.
• Write news articles, guides, and educational content for the website to explain products, features, and crypto topics to users.
• Produce short- and long-form video scripts for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and the website to support product launches, campaigns, and PR initiatives.
• Develop and evolve Tothemoon’s brand voice across paid, organic, and owned platforms, leveraging your deep knowledge of the crypto space and tone.
• Support in the delivery of a detailed plan and roadmap for producing engaging, motivational and effective crypto content that resonates with target audiences and converts.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines and user experience, including landing pages, emails, and ads.
• Reviewing copy and content performance, reporting your learnings to key stakeholders.
