About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the core revenue driver: trading commissions generated by Launchpad tokens
  • Increase trading volume
  • Build and optimise the core loop: token creation → audience growth → engagement → trading → revenue
  • Drive acquisition across creators (token issuers) and participants (traders, followers)
  • Scale channels: KOLs, affiliates, communities, partnerships, paid and organic
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for Launchpad and key token launches
  • Design high-conversion launch mechanics
  • Identify drop-offs and improve conversion across all stages
  • Define and evolve Launchpad positioning as a content-driven token growth platform

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in product marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles
  • Experience in crypto, trading, or fintech
  • Strong understanding of user behaviour, funnels, and growth mechanics
  • Ability to combine creativity (campaigns, messaging) with data (metrics, experiments)
  • Experience with creator ecosystems, marketplaces, or community-driven products is a plus
