Customer Success Manager

• Own the success of assigned accounts by ensuring customers launch campaigns successfully within the platform
• Support customers in audience strategy and persona development
• Monitor and act on key indicators related to customer health and retention
• Identify and execute opportunities to grow campaign budgets and platform usage

Trader

• Execute and manage day-to-day digital advertising campaigns across display, video, mobile, and social platforms.
• Ensure accurate campaign setup, timely launches, and adherence to SLAs and budgets.
• Monitor pacing and delivery using internal trading systems and platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Execute data-driven optimizations to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Support continuous improvement of trading strategies through performance insights.
• Produce clear and accurate campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for campaign setup, optimisation logic, and trading actions.
• Support effective allocation of campaign budgets across channels and audiences.
• Assist in bidding strategies and media buying execution under guidance of Trading Lead.
• Work closely with internal Business Support teams.
• Take on additional responsibilities and ad-hoc initiatives, as and when required, in a fast-paced startup environment.

Senior Trader

Account Executive

• Act as a Japan-focused account contact, while collaborating closely with regional sales, account management, and operations teams
• Support end-to-end campaign management, including media coordination, creative asset alignment, and delivery tracking
• Manage day-to-day client communications outside of direct sales discussions, ensuring clear and timely updates
• Coordinate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns run as planned
• Prepare campaign reports with clear performance summaries, key learnings, and basic recommendations
• Support the creation of case studies to capture results and best practices for future sales and marketing use
• Assist in improving sales efficiency and margins by supporting optimisation, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration
• Apply structured and strategic thinking when reviewing campaigns to support better planning and client outcomes
• Support and manage existing partnerships and accounts alongside senior sales members
• Assist with campaign consultations, proposals, and media plans for new and existing clients
• Support the end-to-end sales process, including IO issuance, internal coordination, and billing follow-up
• Help identify upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities through campaign insights and performance reviews
