Senior Trader
TotallyAwesomeSenior Trader managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms at SQREEM. Monitoring performance, optimizing KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and manage day-to-day digital advertising campaigns across display, video, mobile, and social platforms.
- Ensure accurate campaign setup, timely launches, and adherence to SLAs and budgets.
- Monitor pacing and delivery using internal trading systems and platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Execute data-driven optimizations to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Support continuous improvement of trading strategies through performance insights.
- Produce clear and accurate campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation for campaign setup, optimisation logic, and trading actions.
- Support effective allocation of campaign budgets across channels and audiences.
- Assist in bidding strategies and media buying execution under guidance of Trading Lead.
- Work closely with internal Business Support teams.
- Take on additional responsibilities and ad-hoc initiatives, as and when required, in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in digital media trading, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing.
- Platform experience required with META, Dv360 (or TTD), TikTok, Google Ads (preferred) / LinkedIn (preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (display, video, mobile, social, programmatic).
- Hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimisation, pacing, and delivery management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify insights.
- Familiarity with key digital metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates).
- Experience using ad platforms, analytics tools, or trading dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot campaign and delivery issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and performance-driven mindset.
- Experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or media agency environment preferred.
