• Perform on‑site service and repair for commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot system performance issues
• Support installation, repair, and preventive maintenance activities
• Service commercial equipment ranging from small systems up to 50‑ton units
• Work with refrigeration circuits, boilers, and HVAC control components
• Follow all safety procedures and company operating standards
• Document work completed and parts used through service reports
• Coordinate with dispatch and account teams to complete assigned work
• Travel to commercial facilities throughout Florida

Skilled Commercial HVAC/R Technician

• Perform commercial HVAC/R service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Diagnose equipment issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions
• Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and related equipment
• Service commercial HVAC equipment ranging from 1–50 tons
• Work on commercial refrigeration systems, gas and oil-fired boilers, electrical systems, and digital controls
• Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Follow service standards, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions
• Accurately complete work orders and service documentation using mobile and web-based applications

Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

• Service, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems
• Identify system failures and recommend repair or replacement
• Perform work efficiently and in compliance with industry, safety, and company standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, company vehicle, and service documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Travel as required
