About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform on‑site service and repair for commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot system performance issues
- Support installation, repair, and preventive maintenance activities
- Service commercial equipment ranging from small systems up to 50‑ton units
- Work with refrigeration circuits, boilers, and HVAC control components
- Follow all safety procedures and company operating standards
- Document work completed and parts used through service reports
- Coordinate with dispatch and account teams to complete assigned work
- Travel to commercial facilities throughout Florida
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on commercial HVAC experience
- Completion of a recognized HVAC technical training program
- Working knowledge of: Commercial HVAC equipment, Refrigeration systems, Boiler operations, Electrical and control components
- EPA Universal certification required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ownership of standard hand tools, meters, and gauges
- Availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays when required
- Willingness to travel regularly for service assignments
