About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform on‑site service and repair for commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Inspect, test, and troubleshoot system performance issues
Support installation, repair, and preventive maintenance activities
Service commercial equipment ranging from small systems up to 50‑ton units
Work with refrigeration circuits, boilers, and HVAC control components
Follow all safety procedures and company operating standards
Document work completed and parts used through service reports
Coordinate with dispatch and account teams to complete assigned work
Travel to commercial facilities throughout Florida

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on commercial HVAC experience
Completion of a recognized HVAC technical training program
Working knowledge of: Commercial HVAC equipment, Refrigeration systems, Boiler operations, Electrical and control components
EPA Universal certification required
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ownership of standard hand tools, meters, and gauges
Availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays when required
Willingness to travel regularly for service assignments
