Key responsibilities & impact

Service, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems
Identify system failures and recommend repair or replacement
Perform work efficiently and in compliance with industry, safety, and company standards
Maintain clean and organized work areas, company vehicle, and service documentation
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members
Travel as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years commercial HVAC/R experience
Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical program
Strong competency with: Commercial HVAC (1–50 tons), Refrigeration systems, Boilers, Electrical/controls
EPA Universal Certification required
Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
Must provide own hand tools, gauges, meters
Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed
Ability to travel
