About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform commercial HVAC/R service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
Diagnose equipment issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions
Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and related equipment
Service commercial HVAC equipment ranging from 1–50 tons
Work on commercial refrigeration systems, gas and oil-fired boilers, electrical systems, and digital controls
Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Follow service standards, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions
Accurately complete work orders and service documentation using mobile and web-based applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical school or training program
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and control systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and time-management skills
Ability to safely operate a service vehicle and maneuver in tight spaces
Willingness to learn and work on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration systems
Valid Driver’s License
EPA Certification
OSHA Certification
