About the role
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for existing customers post-implementation
- Guide customers on best practices for access governance, SaaS discovery, lifecycle automation, and compliance
- Own the technical validation process, addressing customer questions, objections, and integration concerns.
- Lead technical discussions with IT, Security, Identity, and Engineering stakeholders
- Support advanced configurations, integrations, and custom workflows Assist with new use cases, feature rollouts, and platform expansions within existing accounts
- Partner with Customer Success to reduce time-to-value and increase adoption
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges beyond standard support
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Implementation Engineer role (preferably in SaaS).
- Experience working post-sales with enterprise or mid-market customers
- Strong understanding of SaaS applications, IT infrastructure, API integrations, and IT ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
- Strong understanding of SaaS applications and cloud environments.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Hands-on experience with identity management platforms (Okta, Azure AD, JumpCloud, OneLogin, SailPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with MDM / UEM platforms (JAMF, Intune, Workspace ONE, Kandji, etc.).
- Exposure to automation & integration platforms (Tray.io, Workato, Boomi, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
- Understanding of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.).
- Experience with HRIS integrations (BambooHR, Workday).
- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and API-based integrations.
- Experience with SaaS integrations, including Salesforce, Zoom, Slack and Atlassian.
- Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Ruby, Python, and/or Perl.
- Ability to debug technical issues and proactively improve system processes.
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business benefits.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset, eager to learn and improve continuously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but confident enough to ask questions or for support when needed.
- Able to analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and take action on changes that you can impact.
- Ability to interact effectively and deliver technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel alike.
