About the role
- Review marketing assets pre-live, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate visual and written content for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with creative standards
- Identify potential brand risks and escalate issues to the Creative Governance Manager
- Maintain review documentation and provide feedback to creative teams to improve future deliverables
- Support training sessions or workshops to educate teams and partners on brand and creative standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline review processes and ensure timely approvals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and creative best practices to guide brand evolution
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, creative operations, marketing governance, QA, or a similar field, preferably in an agency or in-house environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Familiarity with brand strategy, visual identity, tone of voice, and creative compliance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing constructive feedback
- Knowledge of marketing, legal, and regulatory compliance requirements
