Business Development Rep

• Buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para impulsar el crecimiento comercial de TOKU.
• Identificar, contactar y calificar leads para abrir nuevas conversaciones comerciales.
• Crear pipeline para el equipo de ventas a través de estrategias outbound.
• Investigar y prospectar cuentas objetivo en mercados B2B.
• Ejecutar secuencias de contacto vía correo, llamada, LinkedIn y otros canales.
• Calificar leads en base a criterios predefinidos.
• Agendar reuniones con tomadores de decisión para los Account Executive.
• Asistir a eventos para generar leads.

Business Developer

Solutions Engineer

• Trabajarás de manera transversal con los equipos de Ingeniería y Operaciones para diseñar, desarrollar e implementar integraciones entre sistemas externos y la plataforma de Toku.
• Definir y elevar los estándares técnicos de integraciones, contribuyendo a que las nuevas sean más simples, predecibles y fáciles de operar.
• Diseñar e implementar integraciones end-to-end, priorizando claridad de interfaces, resiliencia y mantenibilidad entre Toku y los sistemas de los clientes.
• Diseñar, consumir e integrar APIs, webhooks y otros mecanismos de intercambio de datos en entornos productivos.
• Liderar conversaciones técnicas clave con clientes durante los proyectos de integración, asegurando alineamiento técnico y decisiones bien fundamentadas.
• Evaluar integraciones existentes y proponer mejoras que aumenten la confiabilidad, observabilidad y facilidad de operación en el tiempo.
• Crear y mantener documentación técnica clara que facilite el desarrollo, operación y evolución de las integraciones para equipos internos y externos.

Integrations Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Trabajar en el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de aplicaciones web utilizando Vue.js en el frontend y Python/FastAPI en el backend, en un entorno full stack.
• Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo en la definición de requisitos, diseño de soluciones, pruebas y despliegue de nuevas features y mejoras de nuestro producto, fomentando la colaboración en todas las áreas y haciendo soluciones que sean escalables.
• Escribir código legible, sostenible y eficiente, asegurando su calidad mediante pruebas automatizadas y revisiones.
• Participar en la elección de futuros integrantes del equipo de desarrollo.

Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer

• Responsible for generating qualified pipeline, focusing on strategic accounts and key decision-makers (Decision Makers), ensuring alignment between the client's context, timing, and Toku's value proposition.
• Deeply analyze target companies and markets, understanding organizational structure, strategic priorities, financial context, and operational challenges related to accounts receivable.
• Conduct high-level initial conversations with decision-makers (C-level, Heads, and Directors), exploring real business pain points, understanding root causes, and assessing strategic fit with Toku's solutions.
• Actively participate in client-facing interactions, including events, in-person meetings, and strategic sessions, focusing on pipeline generation, relationship building, and capturing market insights.
• Lead initial outbound meetings with a consultative approach, structuring the opportunity context and preparing the ground for business progression with Account Executives (AEs).
• Propose, test, and evolve prospecting approaches, messaging, and channels by industry and persona, share learnings, and contribute to the continuous evolution of go-to-market (GTM) theses.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Operations teams, providing qualified market feedback and contributing to adjustments of pitch, positioning, and roadmap.

Senior Business Development Representative

Account Executive

• Lead complex consultative sales by identifying pain points and opportunities with enterprise clients, building business cases, and aligning those needs with our Payment Relationship Management (PRM) platform.
• Act as the technical and strategic payments advisor for Brazil, feeding product and leadership with insights from the local market.
• Manage the full customer journey — from diagnosis to implementation — ensuring the solution is successfully integrated and delivers the expected results.
• Serve as Toku’s ambassador to CFOs, heads of departments, and decision-makers, ensuring an impeccable experience throughout sales and early post-sales stages.
• Own the entire sales cycle: discovery, diagnosis, demo, proposal, negotiation, closing, and implementation follow-up.
• Plan conversion strategies and prioritize accounts in collaboration with the BDR team.
• Prepare business cases that quantify ROI and the impact on financial efficiency.
• Map decision-makers and stakeholders in complex accounts with multiple areas involved (finance, technology, product, operations).
• Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth and successful client handover.
• Provide product team with feedback on integrations, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of the commercial pitch and go-to-market strategies in the country.

Senior Account Executive

Engineer

• Deliver, configure, and deploy contact centre and enterprise telephony solutions, including SIP-based voice architecture, PBX, IVR, and CCaaS platforms, across customer environments.
• Design, test, and implement scalable and secure voice solutions, translating customer requirements into low-level designs and production-ready deployments.
• Own implementation workstreams across multiple projects, coordinating with internal teams and customers through build, test, and user acceptance phases.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and incident support for production voice platforms, including root cause analysis and remediation of SIP and media-related issues.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on SIP servers, SIP trunking, telco interconnects, and carrier connectivity within customer and internal platforms.
• Configure and support integrations between contact centre platforms and enterprise systems such as CRM, identity services (SSO/AD), and related tooling, primarily at a system and configuration level.
• Support and troubleshoot browser-based communication use cases, including WebRTC signalling, media flow, and real-time voice delivery.
• Read, understand, and reason about scripts and automation used by engineering teams to support delivery, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with other Services Engineers, platform engineers, and AI teams to enable end-to-end delivery, including routing and managing audio streams for AI-driven use cases.
• Stay current with evolving voice, CCaaS, and WebRTC technologies, proactively learning and applying new approaches to improve delivery speed and quality.
