• Manage and track simultaneous client projects and day-to-day activities from kick-off through final delivery and archival with a high sense of urgency and minimal supervision.
• Act as the primary link between the client and the studio; maintain proactive contact to ensure communication flows effectively and expectations align with project scope.

Game Engineer

• Extend and customize Unreal Engine functionalities to meet project requirements.
• Oversee the design and implementation of the Unreal Engine DevOps pipeline, including tools like Horde, Zen, and UBA.
• Design and develop systems integrating Unreal Engine with complex data-driven back-end systems such as Snowflake, AWS, CARTO.
• Help develop automated data pipelines from design software, USD, and CAD to Unreal.
• Work with leadership to define technical goals, evaluate new technologies, and plan implementation strategies.
• Partner with technical artists, developers and other stakeholders to build cross-project, studio-wide systems and tools.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies to enhance Unreal Engine capabilities.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of Unreal Engine, including upgrades, third party integrations, and internal toolsets.

Senior Unreal Engine Programmer

Business Development Rep

• Act as gatekeeper for all Beauty & Wellbeing new business enquiries, declining or progressing the conversation as appropriate.
• Coordinating and orchestrating introductory calls with appropriate team members and inbound new business requests.
• Participating in bi-weekly internal new business meeting and maintaining an up-to-date new business tracker, in addition to weekly updates to Hupspot for reporting to Finance.
• Keeping new business documents including credentials and pitch documents up to date.
• Working with designated individuals within the Beauty department to produce successful new business pitches in line with the client brief including:
• Initial chemistry and fact-finding meetings to identify client needs, desires and ‘what would make them happy’ beyond the written brief.
• Drilling down to Identify deliverables and objectives for the new business pitch.
• Hosting internal idea generation brainstorms.
• Market and competitor landscape research.
