About the role

  • Provide technical leadership for Ads & Insights products
  • Mentor engineers and establish best practices
  • Ensure high-quality, scalable systems delivery
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java/Kotlin
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical meetings

Requirements

  • Proven track record of technical leadership and collaboration on complex projects
  • Significant professional experience (typically 8+ years) in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures.
  • Proficiency in modern software development tools and practices, including version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient with modern web standards and technologies (e.g. REST, GraphQL)
  • A bias towards action, with the ability to balance between getting things done and making things perfect
  • Ability to work core EST working hours.
