• Own supplier relationships across manufacturing, packaging and labeling partners.
• Manage purchasing, demand planning and inventory forecasting based on sales performance, ad spend and customer behavior.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively manage replenishment to prevent stockouts.
• Build backup supplier strategies and mitigate operational risks.
• Lead supplier negotiations and continuously optimize pricing and commercial terms.
• Own the relationship with our 3PL fulfillment partners and continuously improve operational performance.
• Monitor daily order flow and ensure smooth fulfillment operations.
• Optimize shipping costs across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the wider EU.
• Lead fulfillment optimization and warehouse migration projects where required.
• Lead our Customer Support function through the Customer Support Lead.
• Build, maintain and continuously improve customer support SOPs.
• Monitor ticket volume, response times and resolution rates.
• Own operational decisions around refund policies and exceptional customer cases.
• Design and optimize cross-functional handoffs between Operations, Growth, Customer Support and external partners.
• Build and maintain a structured vendor management database.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement scalable solutions.
• Partner closely with the Founder on quarterly operational reviews and strategic planning.
• Own the operational planning and execution of new product launches.

Senior Operations Manager – DTC, Supply Chain

Ecommerce

• As Senior Growth Manager you are responsible for our entire growth engine and continuously develop it
• You own our performance marketing strategy and the day-to-day management of our ad accounts
• You analyze campaign performance daily in Meta Ads Manager, Rule1 and Triple Whale
• You independently make budget, testing and scaling decisions based on relevant KPIs
• You develop structured creative-testing frameworks and decide which hooks, creatives and concepts to scale or pause
• You build audience strategies for cold, warm and retargeting audiences
• You work closely with our Creative Strategist and provide data-driven performance briefs with clear, actionable recommendations
• You continuously analyze and optimize our quiz funnel
• You iteratively develop landing pages through data-driven A/B tests
• You optimize checkout, upsell and post-purchase processes with a focus on conversion rate, average order value and profitability
• You analyze the performance of our Klaviyo flows and continuously evolve our lifecycle marketing strategy
• You optimize repurchase rates, customer lifetime value (LTV) and subscription retention
• You analyze behavior of different customer segments over time and derive concrete growth actions
• You own our tracking and attribution structure and ensure a clean data foundation
• You analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPA and overall profitability and make data-driven decisions
• You produce weekly performance reports including concrete recommendations for action
• You analyze marketing spend relative to cost of goods and profitability and develop sustainable scaling strategies
• You identify new growth potentials and test new channels such as TikTok Ads or YouTube Ads

Senior Growth Manager – DTC E‑Commerce

• You will be responsible for our monthly financial reporting, including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow.
• You will prepare budget and variance analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• You will analyze COGS, contribution margins and product margins and identify optimization opportunities.
• You will develop subscription reporting, including MRR, churn, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and unit economics.
• You will analyze the profitability of different customer segments and develop clear KPI dashboards for the founder.
• You will be responsible for our working capital management.
• You will develop and maintain reliable cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning.
• You will optimize payment cycles between customers, suppliers and service providers.
• You will manage our multi-currency bank accounts and payment structures.
• You will develop strategies to ensure adequate liquidity reserves.
• You will coordinate our external accounting providers and ensure all finance processes are executed efficiently and on time.
• You will be responsible for the entire monthly close process.
• You will continuously improve document and approval workflows.
• You will coordinate intercompany transactions between our entities.
• You will ensure the quality of our financial data through regular account reconciliations.
• You will manage the collaboration with our external tax advisors.
• You will coordinate our VAT compliance across multiple EU markets.
• You will support the further development of our international holding and corporate structure together with external advisors.
