• Lead design for core product areas, owning the experience from vision through iteration

Machine Learning Engineer

• Lead and help grow our ML Platform team
• Design and implement scalable MLOps infrastructure for the ML lifecycle
• Build and maintain feature stores to ensure consistent feature management
• Automate ML workflows with CI/CD pipelines for models
• Implement resource management and orchestration using Kubernetes, Airflow, or similar
• Monitor and debug production ML systems with monitoring and alerting systems
• Collaborate with data scientists and server engineers to understand infrastructure needs
• Operationalize production ML models ensuring scalability, reliability, and monitoring

Lead Machine Learning Engineer, MLOps

• Ensure AI Agent resolves customer questions quickly and accurately
• Review conversations and performance data to spot patterns and identify fixes
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Support to roll out AI improvements
• Prioritize automation opportunities based on data and customer feedback
• Recommend changes to content, workflows, or integrations to improve experience
• Monitor AI performance and share updates with broader team
• Influence broader customer support practices based on learnings
• Report directly to Manager of Digital Transformation on Customer Operations team

AI Support Specialist

Business Intelligence Developer

• Build dbt models and SQL datasets that describe product usage, funnels, cohorts, and customer journeys
• Establish relationships with Product and Compliance stakeholders to understand use cases and pain points that can be addressed with analytics
• Create and maintain parameterized SQL templates and a reusable code library for Compliance; document usage and provide training
• Add tests and checks to keep data accurate; surface exceptions, edge cases, and anomalies
• Coordinate with Product, Compliance, and Engineering on instrumentation, access controls, and changes to existing reports
• Expand documentation and guides around data models and common queries
• Act as a hands-on resource for SQL and visualization across the organization

Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Analyst

• At Tilt (formerly Empower), build mobile-first, ML-powered credit products recognizing potential beyond traditional credit scores
• Own work-streams across credit policy, testing, and valuations for the Philippines lending business, Cashalo
• Partner with product, tech, finance, data science, and leadership teams to implement solutions and refine business plans
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, monitor portfolio performance, benchmark against industry standards, and influence credit models
• Travel to North America twice per year and the Philippines ~3 times per year for company onsites (expenses covered)
