People Operations

• Support People Team Policy (25%): Develop and maintain company-wide HR policies, handbooks, and training initiatives. Provide guidance to managers and employees on policy interpretation and application, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
• Manage Global Mobility Program (25%): Oversee global immigration processes including U.S. work visas and permanent residence sponsorship. Coordinate immigration case management, partnering with outside counsel to meet Department of Labor and USCIS requirements.
